Duties, Responsibilities & OtherKey Responsibilities:
Trade Show/Conference Coordination:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute strategy for trade shows and conferences.
- Manage logistics, including exhibitor requirements, coordination, registration, and attendee communication.
- Collaborate with the sales, product and consulting services teams to ensure alignment on event goals and strategies.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event analysis.
- Create and/or coordinate development of promotional materials and campaigns to drive engagement and generate leads.
- Attend trade shows/conferences as needed. Lifting or moving boxes/display booths, etc. and exhibit booth assembly is required.
Lead Generation:
- Implement and manage lead generation strategies to support sales objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure leads are properly qualified and followed up on.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and campaign data.
General Marketing Support:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Support brand consistency across teams and marketing efforts ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Support the development and maintenance of websites and digital presence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for various marketing projects.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Specialized Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, lead generation, trade show coordination or similar experience is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.
- Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
