Job Location: Elkhart, IN Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 Job Description: The Controller will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with GAAP and managing key accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant financial regulations. Oversee accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management. Manage timely and accurate monthly and year-end close processes. Prepare and publish monthly financial statements with insights for senior management. Implement and maintain strong internal controls for accurate financial reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
