About the Company and Opportunity: CFS is working with a leader in the service industry to identify a hands-on Controller to lead their accounting department. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will lead all accounting activities, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive continuous improvement within the accounting department. Act as a vital part of the leadership team and ensure continued growth and stability! Overview of the Controller Role: Oversee daily operations of the accounting department Oversee monthly and yearly close, financial reporting, and and audits Prepare cash flow analysis, financial statements, and budgets Maintain fixed assets and the General Ledger Implement and improve all accounting processes and procedures and internal controls Preferred Qualifications for the Controller: Bachelor's degree in accounting, MBA preferred Minimum six years of senior-level accounting experience Thorough knowledge of GAAP Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with Dynamics or another major ERP system Location: This role is 100% onsite in Mishawaka, IN Salary: $130,000 - $165,000 depending on experience Click here to apply online
