HR GeneralistOur client in Tigard is looking for an HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience to support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
Salary: $65-75K
Location: Tigard, On-site (flexible work hours)Responsibilities
Manage recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, and new hire paperwork.
Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Oversee a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
ADP payroll processing.
Support employee relations and assist with conflict resolution.
Stay updated on HR compliance and best practices.
Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
Contribute to ongoing HR improvements and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in any field (HR or related is a plus).
2+ years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding best practices.
Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP experience a plus).
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
