We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to be based in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a member of our team, you will lead Building and Infrastructure planning and design projects consisting of multi-discipline teams of engineers and architects from Request for Proposal receipt, through construction completion, including scope clarification and fee development and negotiation with the client, establishment of the design team, project mobilization, design phase project management, bid support, and construction phase technical services. You will primarily manage federal projects for DoD clients via planning, Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build delivery methods. As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide effective, skilled project management techniques to enhance design solutions, while controlling project costs to simultaneously meet or exceed contract scope requirements and company quality and financial performance objectives. You’ll be responsible for mentoring and guiding the design teams to success. You’ll play an integral role in forming positive, long-term client relationships, promoting communication and teamwork, developing the technical skills of team members, and collaborating with talented resources throughout Jacobs and with subconsultant partners. In addition to project management duties, this Sr. PM will have business development duties to include assisting SF330 preparation and will have strong connections with NAVFAC Pacific/Hawaii, USACE POH, and potential teaming partners. Responsibilities include:
• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, completed on time, within project and construction budgets and in accordance with agreed client scope and of the highest quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client from project inception to completion and closeout.
• Develop project proposal fees, coordinating closely with discipline directors and design leads to determine the level of effort and responsible technical disciplines to successfully accomplish specific scope elements, and iteratively lead fee negotiations with the client to finalize a bilateral agreement on project fee.
• Facilitate the creation of communication plans, ensuring that appropriate information is exchanged between key stakeholders, and conduct status review meetings with project team members and clients throughout project execution.
• Determine, monitor and manage appropriate financial metrics, schedules and staffing requirements to successfully complete each project to cost and quality standards.
• Take overall responsibility and accountability for the quality of project documents in adherence with Jacobs Quality Program. • Acquire, understand, and apply technical and professional knowledge and skills to perform job effectively, efficiently, and safely. Stay abreast of trends and pending changes within assigned area of responsibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Professional Registration (PE) or Registered Architect (RA)
• 10+ years of experience, including experience with federal programs and managing Federal planning and design projects
• 5+years of experience managing NAVFAC and USACE building and infrastructure design projects.
• Experience as a client facing Design Project Manager managing multiple disciplines
• US Citizenship
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Professional Registration (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) is preferred. Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification will be considered
. • Demonstrated design and project management experience within Federal and/or DOD markets.
• Experience leading design teams in Design-Build contracts
• Experience in all facets of A/E Services (e.g. programming, planning, studies, DB RFP development, Full design, etc.)
• Experience with Federal Design Criteria and policies (UFCs, ETL’s, AFMAN’s, and AFI’s.)
• Minimum 10 Years of Project Management Experience in Architecture and Engineering design
