The Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) is a 45 year old home health agency that is growing and looking to hire a Marketing Assistant/Coordinator is our Stuart office.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESKey Responsibilities:1. Content Creation:a. Develop high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email copy.b. Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.c. Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior.d. Employ Google Ads and Google Search Console to optimize online visibility.2. Social Media Management:a. Manage and maintain our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).b. Create engaging social media content and monitor online conversations.c. Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.3. Email Marketing:a. Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns.b. Segment email lists and personalize messages to improve engagement.c. Track email performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.4. General Marketing Support:a. Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing marketing calendars, tracking budgets, and maintaining marketing assets.b. Assist with maintaining marketing projects in project management softwarec. Assist with market research and competitive analysis.d. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies.e. Maintain marketing supplies, and ensuring supplies are up to date5. Complies with agency policies and procedures.6. A.) from four-year college or university; in Marketing, Communications or a related field. One to two years marketing experience. Experience with graphic design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Experience with Google analytics, Google Arts and Google Search Console is preferred. Experience with project management software preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Proficiency in marketing automation tools.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
