Local Managing Services company is looking to bring on a sharp and highly motivated Part Time Property Accountant. The Part Time Property Accountant will join an energetic team and collaborate with other departments to ensure proper invoicing. Location: Boulder Part Time Property Accountant duties: -Oversee the AP and AR team and liaise with the owners -Handle reconciliations and book journal entries -Ensure accuracy of AP for approval of payments -Assist with month end close -Interpret financial data and reports -Assist the controller with tasks as for month end close and along with reconciliations of accounts. -Able to step in and assist with any accounting tasks as needed; must be a team player Part Time Property Accountant skills and experience: -3+ years of related commercial, real estate, or property experience -Tech savvy -Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience -Experience with invoicing platform Appfolio or Yardi is a plus -Strong communication skills, written and verbal Employee parking Open office environment Business casual office dress Hours for the Part Time Property Accountant are Monday through Friday 10:00 -4:00pm (25-30 hours a week) Local Part Time Property Accountant candidates only Part Time Property Accountant candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check #ZRCFS #INNOV2024
