We are seeking a
Creative Account Manager
to work with a small group of clients to grow their social media presence. In this role you will ensure the successful creation and delivery of creative assets (graphics, images, copy, video) for omni-channel campaigns. This will include content ideation, in the field videography, post scheduling, and general account management.

Requirement/Qualifications
1-2 years of account management experiencePhotography and/or videography experience preferredMust be able to adapt to the brand of each customer to create consistent individualized brandingMust be
coachable
and willing to follow systems and processesHave a great attitude - you are a

type of personHave reliable transportation and live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth MetroplexThis position requires you to work at the FPM office in Addison and in the field at video shoots.Duties and responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their unique brand, target market, and marketing objectionsBuild an in-depth knowledge of clients' brand to ensure a high level of autonomy on content reviews and act as a first reviewer for all media produced to align with client brand standardsCreate content topics for short form video content working closely with the client to incorporate content surrounding their brand, community, team, and listingsDirect content video shoots with clients using positive encouragement and giving tasteful feedback to ensure content looks great and will be effectiveInterface with external agencies to ensure media is delivered on time and passes our standardsBuild a strong relationship with the client by becoming a trusted advisorWork closely with the director of content strategy to ensure client successTrack and report metrics internally and externally to clientsTake ownership of complex issues and find resolutions

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
