Job Description : Management Analyst - Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design and enhance customer relationship management (CRM) systems, drive process improvement initiatives, and improve internal and external communications. Analyze business processes and recommend methods to improve operational efficiency. Focus on supporting communications and process improvement initiatives related to DHS programs, ensuring effective collaboration between management, stakeholders, and clients. Security Clearance : Secret Years Experience : 5 or more years of experience in the following responsibilities and tasks. Job Overview: Analyze and assess DHS customer relationship management processes and communication flows to devise more efficient methods of engaging with internal stakeholders and external clients. Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies that enhance customer engagement, streamline communications, and optimize operational workflows. Collect and analyze data related to current operating procedures, customer service metrics, and communication effectiveness to identify areas for improvement. Develop process documentation, procedural guides, and communication strategies to support continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness. Job Responsibilities/Tasks: Conduct assessments of DHS customer relationship management (CRM) systems, communication methods, and service delivery procedures to recommend and implement improvements. Analyze and document current business processes related to customer engagement and communications, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance communication efficiency. Work with teams to design and implement new communication protocols, ensuring smooth interactions between DHS management, external partners, and other stakeholders. Develop and update operational manuals and communication guides to support the improved CRM processes and ensure clarity in inter-departmental communications. Conduct process improvement workshops and provide training to DHS personnel to ensure the consistent application of enhanced CRM strategies and communication methods. Analyze feedback from internal and external customers to ensure process improvements are meeting the desired goals for customer satisfaction and communication effectiveness. Create communication reports and develop metrics to measure the impact of process improvement initiatives. Present findings to DHS leadership for continuous refinement. Serve as a liaison between management and process improvement teams, ensuring alignment of objectives and clear communication of updates. Provide ongoing technical support and guidance for adopting new CRM and process improvement systems.
