Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in consumer marketing
  • Experience leveraging customer research to derive segment insights
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for multiple management levels
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
  • BS/BA required
  • Outstanding attention to detail, internal stakeholder management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely strong marketing project management, with ability to problem solve creative, timeline, and strategy decisions grounded in facts and data
  • High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above

Responsibilities

  • This role will focus on developing and executing Medicare strategies to meet our segment goals
  • This individual will partner with multiple business partners in Medicare Sales, Product, Ops, Consumer Experience and Digital to understand our business objectives and turn those into successful strategic marketing campaigns
  • Reporting to Director, Strategic Marketing, provide marketing thought leadership and translate business objectives into successful go-to-market campaigns for key growth segment
  • Support initiatives focused on Member Experience, Star Ratings and Annual & Open Enrollment periods
  • Provide marketing support for Sales channel
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (internal and agency) on execution and optimization of in-market campaigns
  • Strong project management skills to ensure delivery of compliant and legal marketing materials in a highly regulated industry
  • Manage Marketing Manager providing guidance to ensure on-time delivery of critical mandated communications to market
  • Utilize and track marketing spend and optimize allocated budget based on results and prioritized needs of the company and the business unit

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $119,610.00 - $146,190.00
  • An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability
  • This job is also eligible for variable pay
