POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead and execute innovative branding, marketing, and public relations strategies to drive awareness and customer engagement for Tao Group Hospitality's F&B hotel properties, including Moxy and Dream Hotels in NYC. This role involves managing the full marketing calendar, ensuring all teams meet timelines and execute deliverables while making real-time adjustments as needed. The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the approval of social media calendars and ad campaigns, developing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and venue-specific strategies that align with the organization's objectives and financial goals. Additionally, they will analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, events, and partnerships to ensure maximum ROI and adherence to brand standards. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of venue-based marketing, customer behavior, and the hospitality landscape.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage the full marketing calendar, ensuring all teams meet timelines and execute deliverables.
  • Approve social media calendars and advertising campaigns.
  • Serve as a liaison between management teams, restaurant teams, and the corporate office.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management teams to identify opportunities and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and communicate marketing strategies and objectives to the VP of Marketing, restaurant management, and team members.
  • Deploy digital channels, social media, email, collateral, merchandise, and on-property marketing efforts with corporate support.
  • Build and establish relationships within the community and with the restaurant's high-end, luxury target market.
  • Ensure that all digital presence and on-property communications reflect our marketing efforts.
  • Identify and leverage strategic partners that complement the restaurant brands.
  • Plan and execute marketing trade events in coordination with the restaurants.
  • Collect and analyze data to optimize marketing programs.
  • Create unique marketing ideas that drive new and existing guests to venues.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to actively engage local neighborhoods surrounding each venue.
  • Build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers.
  • Create agendas for regularly scheduled venue meetings with marketing and operations teams and submit notes with clear next steps after each meeting.
  • Create, utilize, and spot-check all marketing campaigns for upcoming initiatives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (an MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior marketing role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, Facebook Business Manager, Google tools, and all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest).
  • Experience with budget creation and implementation.
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
