you’ll work to: Set Winning Strategies for Paid Media Across All Segments:
Evaluate and recommend diversified multi-channel, full funnel media plans that create demand with buyers across all segments – from SMB to Mid Market and Enterprise. Architect Predictable and Efficient Pipeline:
Build predictable pipeline that offsets seasonality and market factors and delivers on forecasts and objectives. Improve ROAS and optimize channels through a pragmatic test and scale approach. Create a Center of Excellence for Campaign and ABM Strategy:
Orchestrate the roll out of a new ABM platform and account based engagement approach across revenue stakeholders. Build sophisticated multi-audience, branching campaigns that leverage triggers and marketing automation. Serve as a resource for campaign strategy, inputting into plans across all business units. Foster a Culture of Innovation:
Be on the forefront of paid advertising and demand generation trends and tools, deploying high-potential pilots and scaling the most promising outcomes. Standardize Paid Media Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting:
Create a flexible but standardized approach to responding to inbound requests, documenting tactics and reporting on budget and performance. Foster a shared language around metrics that matter, educating others on channel and campaign insights. The
Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Performance Marketing
plays a critical role in setting and executing paid media strategy to deliver on pipeline targets across all of our business units. This role is an essential partner for business unit leads, product marketing, MOPs, sales and business development and strategy/biz Ops. The Team You’ll Work With:About You:
A strategic and analytical thinker who can distill complex marketing concepts and performance insights for an executive audience. 7-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or performance marketing with at least 3 years’ experience leading a demand gen function. Experience managing direct reports across performance marketing, analytics. Fluent in Ad platforms and networks (e.g. Google Ads, Google Display Network, GA4). Familiar with Marketing Automation and Attribution tools (Marketo Measure, Bizible, Salesforce). Experience using data visualization tools to craft narratives (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc.). Comfortable with ABM Platforms and DSPs (e.g. 6Sense, Demandbase, ZoomInfo MarketingOS). BA required. SaaS experience across SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments strongly preferred. Understanding of the latest in marketing mix modeling and predictive analytics preferred. Location:
Hybrid in San Francisco 3 days/week. Duration:
Contract to hire. Compensation:
$90-110/hr. W2.
