Position Summary Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Marketing will develop a cohesive strategic marketing vision and execution plan to drive brand awareness, reach, relevance, and influence to achieve AccuWeather's objectives of growth and visibility globally. Responsibilities include overseeing all marketing activities such as advertising, branding strategies, public relations, social media, and CRM programs. Key Responsibilities and Duties • Develop cohesive marketing strategies for US and international execution. • Partner with Business Development and Strategic Partnerships to build growth platforms based on user insights and data. • Leverage marketing mix to drive customer acquisition and retention. • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive successful product launches. • Manage vendors and agencies for effective marketing execution. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred. • Demonstrated experience in brand growth and revenue maximization. • Proven ability to work with and influence executives. • Strong understanding of Digital Media. • Previous experience leading a successful marketing team. • Strong communication skills required.
