About the Team This person will be an influential Lead of this team, serving in the highest level manager role at Zoom and overseeing upwards of 4-5 direct reports. Responsibilities + Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Lead by example, guiding your team toward professional growth and development. + Partner Communication: Enhance ongoing communication to partners through newsletters, social media, webinars, events and other channels, keeping them informed and engaged with Zoom's partner value proposition, vision and offerings. + Bespoke Alliance Partner Marketing Plans: Work with our top strategic partners to build and execute marketing plans tailored to their GTM and our joint value proposition. + MDF Management: Own and drive the strategy, planning, and execution of partner marketing development funds (MDF), ensuring effective use of resources to maximize impact and ROI. + Partner-led Demand Generation: build in-a-box demand generation programs that enable regional partner marketing and sales teams to execute at scale. Optimize based on ROI. + Partner Evangelism: Act as the voice of our partners both internally and externally, championing our Partner vision, mission, and purpose across the organization and in the market.
