As a key leader within our marketing organization, you will build and guide a high-performing team dedicated to crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that fuel partner generated pipeline. About the Team This person will be an influential Lead of this team, serving in the highest level manager role at Zoom and overseeing upwards of 4-5 direct reports. Responsibilities + Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Lead by example, guiding your team toward professional growth and development. + Partner Communication: Enhance ongoing communication to partners through newsletters, social media, webinars, events and other channels, keeping them informed and engaged with Zoom's partner value proposition, vision and offerings. + Bespoke Alliance Partner Marketing Plans: Work with our top strategic partners to build and execute marketing plans tailored to their GTM and our joint value proposition. + MDF Management: Own and drive the strategy, planning, and execution of partner marketing development funds (MDF), ensuring effective use of resources to maximize impact and ROI. + Partner-led Demand Generation: build in-a-box demand generation programs that enable regional partner marketing and sales teams to execute at scale. Optimize based on ROI. + Partner Evangelism: Act as the voice of our partners both internally and externally, championing our Partner vision, mission, and purpose across the organization and in the market.
