Job SummaryThe Sr. Director, Marketing Operations is a key leadership role responsible for driving the strategic and operational foundation that enables the marketing team to achieve its goals efficiently and effectively. This role leads marketing operations team, ensuring that the infrastructure, processes, and systems are in place to support the planning, execution, and measurement of go-to-market (GTM), creative operations and marketing initiatives. This role possesses a deep understanding of marketing technology, data analytics, process optimization, project management, budgeting and team leadership.Essential Functions•    Leads the development and implementation of the marketing operations strategy, aligning with the overall marketing and business objectives.    20%•    Designs and refines marketing processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment across teams (KEEN Experience/Creative, KEEN Engagement/Marketing, KEEN Effect/ESG, KEEN Insights/Data).    10%•    Manages the marketing operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.    10%•    Leads and mentors a team of marketing operations, project management and production professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Sets clear objectives and performance expectations, providing regular feedback and coaching to support professional growth.    10%•    Collaborates with senior leadership to set goals, KPIs, and success metrics for marketing initiatives.    5%•    Communicates marketing operations strategies, goals, and results to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.    5%•    Oversees the selection, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools), ensuring the integration of marketing technologies with other business systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.     5%•    Oversees the management of marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and compliance with privacy regulations.    5%•    Implements best practices for campaign planning, content creation, production, and reporting, ensuring consistency and quality.    5%•    Leads the development of a data-driven marketing culture, providing insights and analysis to inform decision-making.    5%•    Develops dashboards and reporting tools to track the performance of marketing operations and provide actionable insights.    5%•    Oversees and manages all marketing samples.    5%•    Serves as a liaison between marketing, sales, IT, and other key stakeholders. Duties responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without cause.QualificationsEducation/Certification Level: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum Years of Experience: Ten (10) years' experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related field.Five (5) years in a leadership role. Experience leading creative and strategic functions. Experience in production and media studios.Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities•    Expertise in marketing operations technology platforms, project management and analytics tools.•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.•    Excellent project management skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.•    Strong leadership and team development skills, with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.•    Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.•    Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for data management.•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 yearly This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, and location.
