My client is a construction management, planning, and design build firm that has been in business for over 100 years. They have an impressive reputation in New England, handling a variety of projects, focusing on new construction/ ground up and interiors/ renovations.

They are a design build firm, so they are a one stop shop for any clients needs! They are very actively looking to hire a Superintendent as they have a full pipeline of projects throughout MA.

Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Site management and coordination
  • supervising all on-site activities, including managing subs, labor crews, and materials
  • Coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust the project schedule to ensure timely completion of each phase
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction meets quality standards and project specifications
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies

Profile

The Superintendent will have:

  • 5+ years in a Superintendent position in the construction industry
  • Experience with Interiors/ Renovations, Ground Up is a plus
  • Experience with Pro-core and other related construction softwares
  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or other related field
  • Experience with teamwork, communication, and organization
  • Hold MA-CSL and OSHA certifications
