As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and elevate our brand in the competitive construction industry.The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. This role will oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, events, and branding initiatives, with a focus on driving business growth and enhancing our company's presence in the market.

Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives business development efforts. Create and manage content across multiple platforms, including the company website, social media channels, blogs, and email campaigns. Manage and update the company's website, ensuring it reflects current projects, services, and company culture. Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, proposals, and case studies. Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials to generate leads and support business development efforts. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to enhance brand visibility and manage public relations efforts. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results. Organize and manage company participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and build relationships. Stay up-to-date with trends in the construction industry and emerging marketing technologies to keep our marketing efforts competitive and innovative. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet business objectives. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction, real estate, or architecture industry. Proven experience with digital marketing, content creation, and social media management. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with different audiences. Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, social media tools). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and leadership. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Experience with branding, public relations, and media relations is a plus. What's on Offer
