This role will oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, events, and branding initiatives, with a focus on driving business growth and enhancing our company's presence in the market.
Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and drives business development efforts.
- Create and manage content across multiple platforms, including the company website, social media channels, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Manage and update the company's website, ensuring it reflects current projects, services, and company culture.
- Oversee the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, proposals, and case studies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials to generate leads and support business development efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to enhance brand visibility and manage public relations efforts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
- Organize and manage company participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and build relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the construction industry and emerging marketing technologies to keep our marketing efforts competitive and innovative.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction, real estate, or architecture industry.
- Proven experience with digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with different audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, social media tools).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and leadership.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with branding, public relations, and media relations is a plus.
