What will I do as an Assistant Brand Manager of Shopper Marketing at The GIANT Company?
Responsible for working closely with the Shopper Marketing Manager to build, execute and measure Shopper Marketing programs that support key business initiatives.
Accountable for working with cross functional teams (Internal & External) to deliver strong results that are mutually beneficial for our vendor partners and The GIANT Company. This includes analytical and tactical planning as well as coordinating activities of cross functional teams in merchandising, marketing and the vendor community.

What will I do as an Assistant Brand Manager of Shopper Marketing at The GIANT Company?

This includes analytical and tactical planning as well as coordinating activities of cross functional teams in merchandising, marketing and the vendor community.
- Supports sales and profit goals by executing all tactical elements of marketing programs to support business initiatives.
- Responsible for ensuring that program elements are relevant to the customer and drive desired customer behaviors based on consumer insights.
- Utilizes understanding of the customer and marketplace trends to proactively identify issues in customer experience and opportunities for brand growth through Shopper Marketing Activities.
- Supports Shopper Marketing Manager in analysis of program elements assessing effectiveness and making recommendation for future improvements
- Advises business on best practices and plan corrections to ensure accuracy and impact of execution for both the Vendors as well as Merchandising Teams.
- Work with internal marketing & merchandising partners to determine participation of items in shopper marketing programs and media platforms
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with merchants, marketers and vendors through proactive servicing and successful results
- Resolve problematic conditions identified by GIANT or vendors, drive GIANT specific marketing/promotions planning and execution, troubleshooting of store operations issues.
- Builds credibility within GIANT and with our external business partners by creating mutually beneficial relationships that position GIANT as progressive and innovative.
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.

- What are the details?
- Hybrid Remote: This position is based out of Carlisle, Pa. and will require 3 days a week in the office.
- Reporting: The Assistant Brand Manager of Shopper Marketing reports into the Shopper Marketing Manager within the Marketing Team.
