Overview

The Senior Strategist for B2B Content and Engagement Strategy will partner with a fintech client's teams on the development of their B2B Content Strategy to guide the creation of effective content that solves for audience needs. In addition to being a key contributor to the foundational strategy, this role will also lead the creative of individual content briefs to guide content development of specific asset releases that are critical to the success of the client's B2B Platform. Successful candidates in this role should have B2B experience and an understanding of the commerce / ecommerce and fintech industries.

Messaging Framework Development

: Create comprehensive messaging strategies that solve for specific audience needs and address key pain points across different B2B segments through client B2B products and solutions.

Customer Journey Map Creation

: Design strategic customer journeys (using presentation or collaborative tools like Figma or Miro) that identify key touchpoints and engagement opportunities across owned B2B channels to deliver mid to lower funnel messaging and drive customer acquisition goals. Experience with building journeys against personas and Ideal Customer Profiles is essential.

Content Strategy Development

: Partner across the strategy team and client's internal content team to develop their B2B Global Content Strategy across owned channels. Experience building content strategies and B2B thought leadership for channels such as email, social, and other media platforms is crucial.

Content Brief Development

: Develop individual content briefs for planned content releases that guide the creation of impactful assets aligned with the client's B2B Global Content Strategy.

XFN Engagement

: Partner cross-functionally within Razorfish, client, and external agency teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.

Qualifications

Proven experience in developing content strategies and messaging frameworks for B2B audiences.

Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and its application to content strategy.

Proficient in using research and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and articulate strategic directions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies based on evolving insights and feedback.

Experience reaching B2B audiences through specific channel strategies (digital, social, email, etc.), building Ideal Customer Profiles and familiarity B2B marketing strategies like Account Based Marketing is preferred.

Compensation Range: $84,500 - $115,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
