Job DescriptionHow Do You Fit In?We are seeking an experienced creative leader to oversee and guide our creative team in producing innovative, high-quality work across our Women's, Men's, and Scrubs businesses. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategically aligned, multi-channel creative campaigns. This individual will have a strong focus on storytelling through design and copy with a focus on creating direct-response content.The right candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, managing a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. They will lead by example, balancing creativity with business objectives while mentoring and developing their team to excel.*please submit portfolio or samples of your work to be considered for the opportunity*What You Will Do:Collaborate with internal teams to understand business goals and priorities, aligning creative initiatives to support brand and business objectives.Develop and execute design and copy on all campaigns that resonate with consumers and build brand equity while meeting KPI's.Oversee the creation and quality of brand creative, including graphic design, site experience and marketing communications across all consumer touchpoints. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Merchandising, and Product, to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.Build and manage a high-performing team, hiring and developing creative associates across disciplines.Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the creative vision.Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and ensures creative excellence in every project.Stay current with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table, maintaining the brand's leadership in creative storytelling.What You Can Bring:Minimum 8-9+ years of creative leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on digital and consumer-centric brands.Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams to deliver innovative and effective work.Demonstrated success in developing and executing creative strategies that drive business results.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.Expertise in creative production, including video, photography, and design, with a keen eye for detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas effectively.A solid understanding of digital media, e-commerce, and the evolving landscape of creative marketing.A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.Compensation & Total Rewards: At Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together! The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role.
