NexGen is currently seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. We are seeking independent, entrepreneurial, friendly and driven candidates to interact with customer's daily on site.

What Will I do?

  • Developing engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Creating and executing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Collaborating with other teams to generate ideas for social media content
  • Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and target audience
  • Producing marketing copy to advertise products
  • Writing blog posts about industry-related topics
  • Promoting content on social media
  • Having experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new business

Do I have What it Takes?

  • Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time
  • Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
  • A+ communication and customer service skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a smart-phone and daily access to email and text
  • Retail sales experience highly preferred
  • No HVAC or Water Treatment experience needed, we will train you!
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (excluding Marijuana due to Arizona law changes)
