Robert Half Marketing & Creative is helping a local event team find their next Technical Live Event Producer for their team. This role will require on-site work (3days/week) in Broomfield, CO. The role will involve overseeing all phases of production, managing client expectations, ensuring accuracy in production schedules and executing events with the highest quality for clients.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee various projects during all production phases to anticipate and solve problems & ensure a smooth event flow

• Supervise the management of client expectations, fostering long-term relationships

• Create and maintain production schedules, agendas, show flows, on-site schedules and rehearsal schedules

• Executing the creative vision for the event while staying within budget

• Coordinating all show media elements: graphics, video, music, speaker, and all other support collateral (printed or digital)

• Develop budgets and SOW's for all events & escalate any scope changes

• Will be the primary liaison between agency and all technical vendors (stage, construction, lighting, audio, etc.)

• Handle the post event items such as invoices and final billing costs

• Utilize project management skills to coordinate and streamline all production activities.

This role will require on site work (3days/week) in Broomfield CO and will require travel (overnight up to 10 days) to events.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Live Event Technical Producer

• Proven expertise in producing Large Scale Events

• Extensive experience managing event prep, on-site run of show, and post event wraps

• Proficiency in conducting Webinars

• Strong Project Management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Theater (set design, stage management), Communications, relevant field, or equivalent work experience
