Job Description
We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Marketing Specialist in the manufacturing industry. This position is based in Broomfield, Colorado and offers a hybrid work model - 2 days on site. As a Marketing Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to shape the narrative of our brand across various channels, lead content creation, and manage public relations efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify brand differentiation opportunities
• Collaborate with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and white papers that showcase their success stories
• Develop and manage content and advertising calendars to maximize reach across various channels
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute Account-Based Marketing strategies and engage high-value accounts
• Generate marketing and sales content to effectively communicate our value proposition and manage the performance of sales enablement tools and platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies and messaging for maximizing brand preference and recognition across target audiences
• Identify areas for improvement and optimization based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product support, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals
• 5+ years of experience in a Content Creation role (writing, planning & design)
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud for designing marketing materials
• Knowledge and experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools for effective customer interaction
• Demonstrated ability in increasing Brand Awareness through innovative marketing strategies
• Experience in Public Relations to manage company's image and foster positive relationships with the public
• Ability to produce engaging and unique Content Creation for various marketing channels
• Skilled in Content Development to effectively communicate brand message
• Proficiency in using Analytics Platform to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Experience in Content Analytics to understand audience engagement and improve content strategy
• Strong Data Analytics skills to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
