The Senior Manager, Social & Influencer Analytics sits on the cross-functional communications & operations team. This team drives org-wide integrated communication strategy and delivery for major moments and sets the org up for success. Focusing on social and influencer channels, you play a leadership role in tracking and measuring the performance of our B2C, Corporate and B2B activity throughout the marketing funnel, using data to recommend actionable insights and guide strategy development. This global role reports to the Senior Manager, Shared Services & Operations, Global Communications based in London and will work closely with the Social Media leadership, Global Communications and Marketing teams at Expedia Group. In this role you will: In collaboration with Leadership, define, maintain and optimize the global social media and influencer measurement frameworks for social media and influencer programs across B2C, B2B and corporate channels. Lead the generation and delivery of reporting ensuring consistency across brands and global markets. Tell stories through data demonstrating the ability to go beyond superficial data points to drive meaning. Build simple and powerful data visualizations. Oversee social listening efforts to identify trends, inform communication strategies and understand campaign performance in more detail. Work cross-functionally with other analytics teams across the business to deliver reports and actionable insights. Coach and mentor more junior team members, instilling a test and learn culture. Act as primary contact for social media and influencer analytics tools. Experience and qualifications: 6+ years experience working with expertise across both social media and influencer marketing analytics. Extensive experience working with tools such as Excel and Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Deep knowledge and expertise with core social channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and X, including platform features and APIs as well as regionally relevant platforms like Line and Naver. Strong expertise in social metrics in the owned, earned and paid space. Strong grasp of influencer marketing, content creators, and how creators and ambassadors work with brands. Experience with social media and influencer CMS and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to think critically and problem-solve. Ability to handle fast-paced environments with quick-turn timelines. Ability to tell a compelling story using data. Ability to partner with teams and business leaders to deep dive into data to solve complex business problems. Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and prioritization skills, and the ability to manage ad-hoc requests in tandem with ongoing projects. Strong presentation and writing skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team while also being comfortable working autonomously with a manager based in a different time zone.
