We’re looking for aProgram Manager to join our Professional Services team who is a proven strategic leader, with a passion for creativity and connectivity, possesses a curious & proactive mindset and has a desire to put great, smart work out in the world to solve their client’s business objectives. You will be counted on for building and nurturing excellent relationships with your accounts, providing consultative recommendations and solutions, and earning your seat as a trusted advisor to your customers.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Lead and execute strategy and campaigns for ~5-12 customers, including Fortune 500 and Mid-Market Brands, spearheading the direction of all of your assigned accounts.
- Be a blend between a project manager and relationship manager and be accountable for the success and outcomes off all customers that you oversee
- Design influencer strategies for the brand, provide guidance, and report on influencer campaigns, optimizing campaigns for performance by analyzing the health of the influencer-facing experience on a regular basis
- Become an expert in Mavrck’s platform to increase customer performance and adoption of Mavrck’s software and services
- Build and deliver Strategic Business Reviews on a quarterly basis for your customers
- Leverage internal organization tool (Teamwork) to both manage varying tasks, delegate effectively, and track time against tasks
- Leverage internal Customer Success tool (Catalyst) to track brand health and performance
- Leverage Salesforce to track customer account updates, calls, emails, and notes
- Establish and nurture great customer relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients from onboarding to renewal
- Manage contractual deliverables with high caliber service delivery, maintaining customer budgets
- Communicate regularly with brands via emails and regular meetings, providing the necessary services to successfully meet the customer’s KPIs, including updates on performance and delivery data-driven insights
- Delegate tasks to junior team members focusing on quality control of client execution deliverables and regularly provide feedback on deliverables received
- Mentor junior team members through exemplifying best practices & proactively talking through learning opportunities in regards to client results
- Contribute to evolving best practices and documentation, acting as the voice of the customer and the voice of the influencer for internal product feedback
- Complete trainings and participate in learning opportunities for your own professional development (when time is available outside of assigned tasks)
- Meet Later’s expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing or influencer innovation, agency background a plus
- Exceptional project management skills developed to ensure goals, KPI’s and defined business outcomes are achieved. Able to develop a strategy and ensure their team can then execute against that strategy
- Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to their clients, showing you are able to make strategic and actionable recommendations to their customers that map to their business goals

Our approach to compensation:
We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.
