The Marketing Coordinator at the Crane Center is a key player in the brand's success and customer engagement. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director of Support Services. This role involves a strong understanding of marketing principles and a deep connection to the LGBTQIA+ community. This role will develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across various channels that drive community engagement, brand recognition, customer engagement, and business growth. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are highly needed. Primary Job Responsibilities:
•Conduct market research to find answers about population requirements and trends
•Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
•Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
•Coordinate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
•Collaborate with the marketing director and other external vendors to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
•Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.)
•Analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
•Stay updated on AI marketing trends to identify, implement, and optimize AI-driven tools for enhancing personalized customer interactions
•Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan assigned
•Strong project management skills, ensuring project milestones are met
•Present ideas and recommendations to the marketing director
•Strong understanding of the LGBTQIA+ community
•Draft outlines for videography recordings and prep providers for content creation
•Evaluate the success of campaigns when completed
Required Experience, Education, Abilities, and Skills:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
•3+ years in a similar or equivalent role
•Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
•Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools and techniques
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong project and time management skills
•Experience, passion, or lived experience with the LGBTQIA+ community
•Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant marketing software
•Experience in marketing data analytics and tools
•Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media) and market research methods.
•Understanding of applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
•Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
