Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

As the Marketing Coordinator you will spearhead Heyday Houston's marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, and oversee content creation and digital marketing efforts. You will manage influencer outreach, coordinate pop-up events, and ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with current trends and shop specials. Your role will involve hands-on execution, including attending events, creating content, and engaging with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Communication & Event Coordination:

* Facilitate B2B communication to coordinate and execute pop-up events aimed at enhancing brand visibility and client engagement.

* Identify and establish connections with relevant markets and potential partners for pop-up events and collaborations

Influencer Outreach:

* Handle influencer outreach, schedule appointments, and build strong relationships to leverage their audience for brand promotion.

* Manage influencer collaborations and oversee the creation and dissemination of content in partnership with influencers.

Content Creation & Management:

* Regularly create and curate engaging content for various platforms including social media, digital ads, and promotional materials.

* Develop digital designs for flyers, business cards, A-frames, and other marketing collateral as needed.

Social Media & Community Engagement:

* Oversee and manage all social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant content that fosters community engagement.

* Respond to client reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms, promoting positive feedback and managing customer interactions.

Paid Media & Advertising:

* Communicate with the paid media team to ensure content alignment with current shop specials and marketing goals.

* Manage and optimize paid advertisements on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms.

Marketing Trends & Strategy:

* Stay updated on marketing trends, industry developments, and upcoming holidays to integrate into marketing strategies and client events.

* Use these insights to refine marketing approaches and enhance brand relevance.

Partnerships & Giveaways:

* Explore and secure in-kind partnerships for event support and develop creative giveaway ideas to keep clients engaged.

Event Presence & Execution:

* Attend events to oversee execution, ensure smooth operations, and engage with attendees.

* Capture high-quality photos and videos during events for promotional use and content creation.

Continuous Improvement:

* Identify and implement improvements in marketing strategies and shop operations to boost brand awareness and streamline processes.

* Propose and execute new ideas to attract new clients and enhance overall marketing efficiency.
