Job Description

Provide technical support in resolving issues and performing activities dealing with audio/video systems, and other EITS service delivery matters including auditorium and conference room IT desktop-related incidents. Responsible for the management of audioconferencing, videoconferencing, auditorium presentations, conference room scheduling, setup and coordination. Also maintaining and configuring all AV equipment and App Space applications.

General tasks and responsibilities will include:

Provide technical support in resolving issues and performing activities dealing with audio/video systems, and other conference room desktop-related issues

Responsible for helping image creation/modification (SCCM)

Technical understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and TCP/IP protocols.

Responsible for App Space Digital Signage Cloud-based integration as well as onsite Hardware / Monitors for Deployment.

Responsible for Cisco VC / WebEx end-user assistance & integration on-site.

Support the Auditorium and all Conference Spaces. Work with Vendors or other EITS Teams to integrate and manage technology.

Technical understanding of Crestron Control Systems, integrated Conference Room Spaces, Cisco WebEx integration and software Applications, Cisco Video Conference Codecs & All in one Cisco Systems.

Responsible for maintaining ticket status and resolution information in the H+H ticketing system/database. Along with any Audio-Visual related Tickets.

Responsible for Large & Small Events and will regularly work with VIP Customers and assist how ever needed.

Responsible software implementation and help modifications, testing, creation of support documentation, deployment, and providing deployment statistics to stakeholders.

Will regularly perform software upgrades and configuration enhancements as per Workplace Computing standard operation procedures

Will regularly manage multiple troubleshooting tasks simultaneously while maintaining the quality of results

Support all hardware and software Add, Change, Move, Install, Imaging, and Upgrade of desktops, printers, scanners, devices, and equipment including audiovisual, and ensure optimal performance of the end-user workstations

Minimizes client service interruptions through early identification and resolution of problems. Analyzes monitoring and maintenance data and implements changes as required to achieve optimum performance.

Extensive interfacing, collaboration, and coordination of efforts with vendors and other service lines within the corporation also escalate if need be

Performs system analysis of workstation systems to research and remediate issues

Good written and verbal communication skills

Performs other duties as assigned/required

Perform and maintain hardware and software inventor based on H+H policies

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Film, Video Production, Communications or a related discipline; and
2. Two (2) years of photography and video production experience.
