Responsibilities
•Create and lead engaging music workshops for youth participants using music-buckets as instruments.
•Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to various skill levels and foster creativity in young musicians.
•Coordinate performances and showcases to showcase the talents of the youth music-bucket band.
•Maintain music-bucket instruments and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
•Collaborate with other instructors and staff to support the overall mission and goals of the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center.
Qualifications
•1-2 years of experience in musical performance
•Proficiency in playing various musical instruments
•Strong improvisational skills
•Ability to engage and entertain diverse audiences
•US Work Authorization
