Job Summary

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative email developer to serve our diverse base of global clients. Team is looking for experienced Salesforce UI / UX Designer to support with solution and also guide the customer the best Practices based on Salesforce.
Essential Skills:
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce technologies
  • Understand the Salesforce Application Architecture and collaborate with Customer IT SMEs/Architects
  • Lead Design Walkthrough, Demo sessions
  • Possess a solid background in UI and UI UX Designs with demonstrable experience
  • Strong Hand on experience in Designing Salesforce Application, Architecture, customization, Configuration, Integration, Lightning framework(LWC)
  • Coordinate and manage offshore developers to create customized solutions to fulfill business requirements
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UI and UX designs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all UI and UX design processes.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Authoring & reviewing technical artifacts such as Design Documents etc.
  • Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Admin tasks and configurations.
  • Deliver training and support to team members on Salesforce and related technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Salary & Benefits:

Applications will be accepted until 12/31/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
