1. Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation with thorough requirement analysis/information gathering.
2. Deliver high-quality content that is technically accurate by ensuring effective reviews.
3. Constantly engage with development teams and other customer-facing SMEs to develop user-interface documentation.
4. bility to work with limited supervision including: A little or no supervision in the pursuit of established goals and the resolution of complex issues as they arise.
