We are seeking a strategic, full-stack Marketing Manager with a strong background in demand generation and content strategy to join our team! As a Marketing Manager, you will support the growth of Texas Original through creative marketing campaigns, demand generation and content strategy.
The ideal candidate will have experience successfully creating demand by executing campaigns across several channels such as paid media, earned media, SEO and events. The candidate should also possess excellent writing skills and be able to adapt their writing style to suit different platforms and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop paid media campaigns that increase awareness and generate new leads, customers and revenue in a highly regulated industry
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
- Write, review, edit and update content for company websites, social media platforms, marketing materials and email campaigns
- Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms
- Assist in reports on marketing metrics (e.g conversion rates, reach and engagement levels, ROI)
- Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities and report on research findings
- Assist with proposals and presentations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks and identify and solve problems
- Create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
- Help plan and execute marketing events
- Monitor competitors' marketing activities
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, Content Manageror similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth understanding of marketing digital tools and techniques
- Experience creating compelling content for printed materials,articles and websites
- Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
- Experience with CRM softwareand website tools(e.g.HubSpot, Google Analytics)
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience working in a regulated industry a plus!
