Marketing Operations Associate

One of The Sage Group’s clients is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate. Client is an American based company that empowers local economies by building intelligent, last-mile delivery for local businesses, helping them grow.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual to help us execute engaging and innovative marketing campaigns that fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Partnership Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, and Enterprise Sales teams to support marketing programs and campaigns to promote and celebrate our unique relationships with CPG partners and merchants. These programs will accelerate acquisition, activation, and loyalty across all client audiences. This role will manage the day-to-day operations of CPG and Enterprise Ads & Promotions efforts, including promotion and in-app banner set up, creation of marketing assets, campaign performance reporting, and more. What you’ll do:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams on execution of CPG and merchant marketing campaigns Develop and maintain campaign documentation including campaign overviews, internal calendars, and status documents for cross-functional reference Project manage all aspects of a campaign across internal teams of creative, media, operations, and product Own the preparation and execution of campaign tactics: promotions, in-app banners, emails, and customer lists Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and create regular internal and partner-facing reports
About you: You are an amazing marketer who is eager to expand their skill set You are highly organized and can efficiently manage processes across 10+ campaigns You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the company You have a strong creative mind and attention to detail
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher 1-3 years experience in marketing operations, ads, and promotions monitoring at a startup or tech company or CPG Some experience with Salesforce, Google Docs, Excel formulas, project management software Experienced at scaling campaigns and assessing performance from reports Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and changing environment Creative sense and good design taste Strong organization and communication skills
Location:
Must be able to work Hawaiian time zone, 100% remote Duration:
1 year to start, potential extensions Compensation:
$40-45/hr Hours:
