Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Writer to join our team! The service writer is the liaison between customers and our technicians. They handle all communications with the customer, from motorcycle intake through delivery back to the customer, and all follow up. This is a customer service position first - technical background is not really required - though some basic knowledge of power-sports makes and model is helpful.
Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their motorcycle issues
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
- Maintain the company's standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations
- Monitor the progress of each motorcycle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Oversee technicians working on customers' vehicles, including their time management/efficiency, parts ordering, job completion times
- Oversee and participate in quality control
- Participate in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures as appropriate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CO driver's license & clean driving record
- 2 years customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
- Multitasking skills
- Proficient use of computers/business machines
