Job Title: Communications Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote)
Contract: 8+ Months

Manages company content & channels:
  • Company All Hands
  • Slack
  • The Landing
  • Calendar (Asana)
  • Measurement & Reporting
  • Content development

Skills:
Leads and advises high-impact change comms:
  • Strategy & VMTs
  • People (RIFs, reorgs, exec hires / departures, performance reviews/rewards)
  • Campaigns & announcements (new hiring strategy, company-wide awards, new policy, etc.)
  • Crisis & issues management

First-line reviewer for two Internal Comms Specialists:
  • First-line review for all content drafted by junior employees (emails to leaders and partners, Company All Hands materials, etc.)
  • Oversight of coordination with leaders and comms partners on campaigns and initiatives (monthly video series, BT comms, etc.)

Additional requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to jump in and hit the ground running. Does not need a lot of direction and oversight to get tasks done.
  • Ability to engage with and influence leaders and key comms partners.
  • An understanding of our business, along with experience working with cloud and/or SaaS companies.
  • Highly collaborative.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple, high-impact projects and deliverables.
