About the Role Manages company content & channels:
Company All Hands Slack The Landing Calendar (Asana) Measurement & Reporting Content development
S kills: Leads and advises high-impact change comms:
Strategy & VMTs People (RIFs, reorgs, exec hires / departures, performance reviews/rewards) Campaigns & announcements (new hiring strategy, company-wide awards, new policy, etc.) Crisis & issues management
First-line reviewer for two Internal Comms Specialists:
First-line review for all content drafted by junior employees (emails to leaders and partners, Company All Hands materials, etc.) Oversight of coordination with leaders and comms partners on campaigns and initiatives (monthly video series, BT comms, etc.)
Additional requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to jump in and hit the ground running. Does not need a lot of direction and oversight to get tasks done. Ability to engage with and influence leaders and key comms partners. An understanding of our business, along with experience working with cloud and/or SaaS companies. Highly collaborative. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple, high-impact projects and deliverables.
