Responsibilities:
Leads and advises high-impact change comms:
Strategy & VMTs.
People (RIFs, reorgs, exec hires / departures, performance reviews/rewards).
Campaigns & announcements (new hiring strategy, company-wide awards, new policy, etc.).
Crisis & issues management.
First-line reviewer for two Internal Comms Specialists:
First-line review for all content drafted by junior employees (emails to leaders and partners, Company All Hands materials, etc.).
Oversight of coordination with leaders and comms partners on campaigns and initiatives (monthly video series, BT comms, etc.).
Skills Required: 6+ years of experience is required. Experience with internal communication & corporate communication. Experience with change management communication. Work samples/ Writing samples/ Portfolio link must attached on top of the resume. Experience with MS Slack, Calendar (Asana) & G-Suite is good to have. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to jump in and hit the ground running. Does not need a lot of direction and oversight to get tasks done. Ability to engage with and influence leaders and key comms partners. An understanding of client’s business, along with experience working with cloud and/or SaaS companies. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple, high-impact projects and deliverables.
