Job Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
UX Writer
to join our team in the telecommunications industry. As a UX Writer, you will craft clear, engaging, and user-focused content that enhances the user experience across our digital platforms. You will work collaboratively with product managers, designers, developers, and researchers to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and values. Responsibilities: Write and edit concise, user-friendly content for digital products, including mobile apps, websites, and software interfaces. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create microcopy, error messages, tooltips, and instructional content that simplifies complex workflows. Conduct content audits and contribute to creating content style guides and design systems. Partner with user researchers to test and iterate on content based on user feedback and data insights. Ensure content aligns with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance) and supports diverse user needs. Maintain consistency in tone, style, and terminology across all product touchpoints. Stay up to date with UX trends, telecommunications industry developments, and content best practices. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing samples, including microcopy and user flows. Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments. Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms. Familiarity with telecommunications products, services, or enterprise-level platforms is a plus. Knowledge of accessibility and localization best practices. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Ability to synthesize complex technical information into simple, user-friendly content. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid or on-site environment. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
