Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Interior Design Administrator
to provide essential administrative and financial support to our interior design team. This position entails ordering samples and supplies, managing procurement processes, ensuring timely payments, and handling bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in SAP, excel at month-end reconciliations, and efficiently resolve payment discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the procurement of samples and materials for the interior design team. Process and resolve payment issues while maintaining accurate financial records. Utilize SAP to manage departmental purchasing and tracking processes. Oversee the purchasing of supplies and ensure timely restocking of essential materials. Reconcile departmental accounts and expenses as part of month-end financial procedures. Perform bookkeeping tasks to uphold financial accuracy and compliance Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). Experience in administrative or financial support roles (preferred). Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (preferred). Experience in procurement management and vendor relationship coordination. Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Benefits:
