Marketing is fun! Here at Ferrandino & Son, we get super-excited about marketing! Like, really excited! So, our next Marketing Manager needs to be ready to jump in and have fun with us. We are looking for someone to own the day to day of the marketing department. So, what does that mean to us? It means this person must be creative, have strong PowerPoint skills, excel in graphic design and have a core set of skills when it comes to website management.
When we say Pardot, you must say "I love Pardot". Pardot is a critical outbound tool for Ferrandino & Son, and this is a non-negotiable must-have. The Marketing Manager must be able to build campaigns, manage the workflow and be the company's Pardot Champion! If Pardot is new to you, having the ability to quickly learn a new system and become the internal expert will be critical.
Have you ever worked in PowerPoint? That was a trick question. We need you to be a PowerPoint expert! This tool is critical to the sales team and their engagement with clients. Designing, redesigning, and improving our presentations is vital to the success of the marketing department.
We have a full-time graphic designer within the team and the successful applicant will have a strong background in design both to support the full-time graphic designer along with using those skills for projects like our sales PowerPoint presentation.
What else do you need to be prepared for? In the world of marketing, anything, and everything. Ferrandino & Son continues to pivot to new ideas and new strategies and the Marketing Manager will be a critical team member to execute the overall strategies of the company.
Who Will I Work With
You are going to be working with some amazing people. Specifically, you will be working with an in-house videographer as Ferrandino & Son continues to publish video content to support our newly launched website and social media efforts. Also, our in-house graphic designer will look to you for guidance and support on much of the digital content we build. These will be your direct reports. An additional member of the team is our Senior Director of Sales and Marketing, who you will report up to and will help orchestrate the numerous initiatives the company continues to pursue. Indirectly, you will work with 6 people on the sales team, more than a dozen department heads and subject matter experts on a variety of marketing requests. Everyone will know your name!

Requirements
- Graphic design expertise both for the company websites and in-house marketing materials - This is a must have.
- Significant PowerPoint experience - This is a must have.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Hands-on experience with Pardot...or the ability to learn a new technology quickly
- Experience in website design and management
- Understanding of marketing automation best practices for lead generation, lead reactivation, prospect nurturing, brand management, etc.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Self-Starter

- You have a bias for action.
