Role Summary:

Focus Features is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Creative Advertising team within the Marketing department of Focus Features. The position will report to the Executive Vice President, Creative Advertising and is a great opportunity to interact with numerous film group teams at Focus Features and NBCUniversal.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Phone coverage

+ Maintain calendar and schedule meetings

+ Digital filing

+ Travel arrangements

+ Expense reports

+ Printing materials as necessary

+ Maintain daily schedule and flow of the Creative Advertising office

+ Liaise with other departments and creative vendors for Creative Advertising issues and requests

+ Enter purchase orders in SAP; code and process invoices

+ Maintain and organize Creative Exploratory

+ Handling NDAs (Non-disclosure agreements)

+ Culling competitive campaigns

Basic Qualifications:

+ Previous administrative experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs

+ Proficiency with Photoshop/Illustrator/QuickTime a plus

+ Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Desired Characteristics:

+ Undergraduate degree (degree in marketing or art is preferred)

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously

+ Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing deadlines and priorities

Additional Requirements:

+ Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

+ Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends as necessary
