About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Studio and Content Finance Solutions. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the company's finance systems transformation, particularly in the adoption of the latest SAP technologies and the alignment of the product roadmap with leading enterprise architecture practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Studio and Media Finance platforms, leading the modernization of finance systems for TV distribution and production, and overseeing various products that support the studio and media business. This includes leading large technology modernization initiatives, designing complex SAP S/4 solutions, and guiding a team of functional members and external vendors. The role demands a self-starter with a proven track record in SAP project implementations, strong technical and business functional skills, and the ability to develop and execute a sound technology strategy that supports business goals. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' SAP experience, with a focus on IS-M, S/4 Rights and Royalties Management (Vistex), and SAP BRIM. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of media-related business processes, particularly in the areas of royalties, participations, residuals, and content and production accounting. The ideal candidate will have a background in leading large SAP finance and studio finance transformation initiatives and be adept at managing a large internal and SI team. Strong influencing, problem-solving, and mentoring skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage budgetary and organizational tasks. A Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field is required, and PMI certification is a plus. The role is demanding and may require working off business hours and weekends.
