Audio/Visual Support Specialist
Location: Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC), Water Division

Role Overview:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Audio/Visual Support Specialist to join our client's team at the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC). This role involves supporting the installation, maintenance, and Inventory of audio-visual equipment and video control systems, ensuring that all systems function optimally for the client’s operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support video control and distribution systems to ensure seamless operation.
- Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-video equipment, including video conferencing and projection systems.
- Oversee daily inventory management, including receiving shipments, scanning assets into the Asset Management Tool, and organizing assets in designated locations.
- Perform preventative maintenance, recycling, and move/retrieve assets marked for disposal.
- Remove and label storage devices from assets designated for disposal, ensuring proper degaussing as needed.
- Ensure client users have access to fully operational equipment and provide support as necessary.
- Collaborate with on-site teammates and other stakeholders to meet the needs of the assignment.
- Participate in imaging end points and PC replacement activities to support system upgrades and replacements.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant IT and AV support experience.
- knowledge of audio-video equipment, particularly video conferencing systems and projection technologies, including platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco WebEx.
- Experience working with ServiceNow for Asset Management.
Preferred Skills:
- Associate’s degree or higher.
