Role:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Audio-Visual Support Engineer to oversee the daily operations of WSSC's Audio-Visual systems and services. This role encompasses the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support of the organization's AV infrastructure. The engineer will collaborate directly with customers and key decision-makers to provide expert solutions, recommendations, and strategic plans for AV network requirements.

Role:
Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Audio-Visual Support Engineer to oversee the daily operations of WSSC's Audio-Visual systems and services. This role encompasses the analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support of the organization's AV infrastructure. The engineer will collaborate directly with customers and key decision-makers to provide expert solutions, recommendations, and strategic plans for AV network requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Microsoft Team Room (MTR) configurations, settings, and user guides.
- Manage daily Microsoft Teams Admin Center for Teams devices, Endpoint Manager, and Teams Room Manager Services.
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of MTR and MS Surface HUB devices to ensure a seamless, reliable meeting experience.
- Manage device deployments, updates, and security patches; monitor device health and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with IT, facilities, and vendors to optimize room configuration, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure a secure, user-friendly environment.
- Provide user training and technical support, ensuring consistent performance across all meeting spaces.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support integration with AV hardware
- Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage timelines and resources efficiently.
- Work with third-party vendors.
- Support WSSC Remote Site in Prince Georges and Montgomery County
- Support WSSC Commissions Auditorium
- Point of contact for TEAMS when the conference room is in the stage of designing the meeting room.
- Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management)
- Work with the audio-visual suppliers providing equipment for the meeting rooms.
Minimum Requirements:
- Associate degree in Audio Visual Engineering/Technology or equivalent, OR five additional years of relevant professional audio-visual experience.
- Experience providing excellent customer service support with audiovisual systems.
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative to solve problems proactively.
- Skill in documenting systems and procedures.
- Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies
- Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management)
- Audio Visual experience
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Room, Microsoft Surface HUB, Lighting Systems, Yealink M-Core, etc.
