What this job involves -
The Communications Manager will work closely with the client account to develop and implement communication strategies across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creative design skills, strategic thinking, and project management abilities.
Your day to day:
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the client account for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, video, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Support the planning materials for internal and client meetings, town halls, training programs, and other employee and client engagements.
Keeping up with the latest global trends in design, tools and technology to keep our outreach efforts modern, fresh and effective.
Support the client account globally by designing engaging, easy-to-use communication tools and templates, enhancing presentation materials, creating internal event marketing collateral, and producing fun, eye-catching content to connect and mobilize our team across the globe.
Support the client account with management of digital tools and act as a liaison to external agencies such as Nudge, Word Press COE and more.
Manage the design and uploading process of all project materials, understanding best practices for creating a content management system.
Partner with JLL print center teams for printed, digital or other needs.
Act as design liaison for the client account Technical team. Provide support as needed.
Utilize the client playbook to support execution of communications to employees and relevant stakeholders related to real estate activities/events.

Education/experience
Degree in Design, Art, Marketing, Writing, Business Administration, Social Communications, or similar, or equivalent in work and practical experience (portfolio of work and references a must).
Technical knowhow
Adobe Creative Suite - proficient level, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Animation and video tools of your choice to produce professional quality deliverables
Microsoft Office proficiency, with focus on PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience building, creating, and designing websites or landing pages
Experience with other social media, internal communication, marketing, or collaboration tools such as Nudge and Teams a plus
Basic skills and qualifications that get your foot in the door
A love of people, design and storytelling a must!

Exceptional design skills with strong experience creating engaging content for a variety of global audiences
Strong time management skills with ability to manage several projects at once
Experience working within brand guidelines while still delivering creative, engaging solutions

User Experience (UX) design experience for designing digital layouts would be exceptional!
