Position Summary:
The Vice President, Brand and Content is responsible for defining and executing a brand narrative that drives engagement, loyalty, and business growth. This pivotal role will oversee the development of our brand identity, create impactful content strategies, and lead cross-functional initiatives that amplify our presence in the market. The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen with creative expertise, bringing a proven track record in elevating brand equity through innovative storytelling and data-driven insights. With strong leadership skills, this individual will manage a high-performing team of brand strategists and content creators while collaborating across departments to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with organizational objectives.
Starting Salary: $185,000 annualized (exempt position).

Minimum Qualifications:
•8+ years of professional experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
•Proven track record of developing and executing brand and content strategies that drive measurable business growth.
•Experience managing multi-channel content initiatives, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional media.
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.

Contact Responsibility:
Internal: Interacts with supervisor to receive direction and instructions and/or review of work results. This person will also work closely with the Executive Leadership team, Partnership Development, Student Services, Alumni Relations, Faculty and the Dean's Office to ensure strategic coordination of all efforts.
External: Interacts with corporations, other educational institutions, advertising agencies, and freelancers to develop and maintain strategic, long-term partnerships.
