Vice President, Brand & Content

Position Summary:
The Vice President, Brand and Content is responsible for defining and executing a brand narrative that drives engagement, loyalty, and business growth. This pivotal role will oversee the development of our brand identity, create impactful content strategies, and lead cross-functional initiatives that amplify our presence in the market. The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen with creative expertise, bringing a proven track record in elevating brand equity through innovative storytelling and data-driven insights.

Starting Salary: $185,000 annualized (exempt position).

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of professional experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing brand and content strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  3. Experience managing multi-channel content initiatives, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional media.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
  5. Data-driven mindset, with a keen ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  6. Adaptable and forward-thinking, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  7. High level of accountability and a results-oriented approach.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development:
    Define and oversee the company’s brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Content Strategy and Execution:
    Design and execute a content strategy that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation objectives.
  • Research and Insights:
    Conduct audience research to identify key demographics, preferences, and behaviors that inform branding and content strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand health, content engagement, and campaign success.
  • Innovation and Growth:
    Drive innovation by experimenting with new storytelling formats, technologies, and platforms.

Supervisory Responsibility:
Direct Reports: Director, Creative Operations and others as the team builds.
