- Develop a robust and scalable React components library that increases team velocity and product quality
- Partner with designers and engineers on product teams to drive adoption of our design systems
- Support our digital accessibility effort to conform with WCAG 2.2 AA
- Provide tooling, guidance, and best practices to empower designers and engineers
- Ultimately be an essential partner in delivering our best product
Hinge Health Hybrid Model
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.
Qualificatons:
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years on a cross-functional team releasing consumer-grade products and features
- Experience translating Figma designs into performant React components that flex and scale
- Experience and deep knowledge and understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Experience with accessibility testing and tooling on both web and mobile

- A systems thinker with an attention toand appreciation ofdesign details
- Dedication to documentation, education, and evangelism of all things design systems
- Drive to evolve the standards and practices that make our teams great
- Ability to quickly make informed decisions and move with urgency

Compensation
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $172,000 - $258,000.
