Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Assistant/Representative to strengthen our manufacturing team in Bloomington, Minnesota. In this role, you will be entrusted with the execution of tailored marketing projects for our clients, involving both traditional and digital marketing strategies. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Execute custom marketing projects for clients utilizing both internal and external resources
• Manage traditional marketing strategies including the coordination of Newspaper ads, brochures, and referral programs
• Oversee the production and dispatch of direct mail campaigns
• Handle digital marketing tactics such as website optimization, SEO, paid search, and display ads
• Administer and monitor Google/Facebook ads, redirect strategies, and social media platforms
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure the successful implementation of marketing projects
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using marketing software and online applications.
• Strong understanding and practical experience of direct mail marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a drive for results.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
• Ability to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets in a detail oriented manner.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
• Experience with research methods using data analytics software.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.).
